Social Corporate Responsability

The labor situation of people with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) is disturbing. Approximately 80% to 90% are unemployed. Finding a job for individuals with ASD is a very relevant factor because:

• Gives them quality of life
• Allows them to socially integrate
• Allows them to enjoy life with autonomy and independence

Prinzipal Partners decided to collaborate with ContrataTEA, a project headed by Autismo España and developed with FEAPAU and Asperger España, whose objective is to support people with ASD during their research for employment, and to raise awareness around companies regarding the importance of the inclusion of this people.
